I work with teens, adults, and couples to navigate challenges as they journey through what it means to be the best versions of themselves. When we are up against confusing or difficult circumstances, we are left with a choice to embrace and face the storm or turn our backs, letting it fester. I am here to journey alongside you and venture together to face this storm, whatever it may be. Recognizing challenges in life is a sign of readiness for growth and self-evolution. Therapy is a way to explore this self-evolution in a way that is safe and oriented with your best interests in mind, always.
I take a positive approach to the therapeutic venture to build upon your existing strengths and expand on any areas of yourself that you’d like to grow. I utilize a focus on the here and now and emphasize the connection between the mind and body. We will utilize creativity and openness to ensure that you meet your goals in the ways that suit you best.
