I work with teens, adults, and couples to help navigate challenges as you journey through what it means to be the best version of yourself. When we are up against confusing or difficult circumstances, we are left with a choice to embrace and face the storm or turn our backs, letting it fester. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as we face that storm together—whatever it may be.

My approach is positive, collaborative, and aimed at building upon your existing strengths while helping you grow in areas that matter most to you. I also like to emphasize the mind-body connection. Through creativity, openness, and approaches designed for your unique needs, I will support your goals in ways that feel most authentic to you.
Located in Rapid City, SD, I offer in-person and Telehealth therapy. I utilize a range of therapeutic orientations and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more, to help find the solutions that suit you best. Whether you're facing mental health challenges, relationship struggles, healing from trauma, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to help.
